Just like the title says. I was diagnosed again with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis 2 weeks ago. I took a week off the gym to let my stomach settle because I would vomit the next morning after training hard and feel very ill. I started the gym again 2 days ago. Each morning I've been getting acid reflux since I took a week off. But as of right now my stomach feel very sensitive again. I'm also going through some heavy life stress right now so that could add to it. But does anyone else get flaire ups when they workout intensely?
