Bloating?

Hi everyone. I'm a month out from my surgery. Today is a day where I am having really bad bloating and nothing sits well. I have taken a GasX to help but it doesn't seem to be making much of a difference. Being on my side helps a bit but I'm trying to get some work done so it's not an option at the moment.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
