About sizing, battery life and display

Hi!
Im looking for a new device for day training(mostly gym strength exercises and some cardio)and dayhikes or 1 week hikes,im between garmin fenix 7 pro SS and 7x pro SS, ive been looking at the wrist size chart and the size of the 7 pro will fit me well(im 16cm/6.1in) wrist,but i also want a big screen to see the courses clearly and the fact the 7x has longer battery is a pro.
So, what i should do?
