Way to force vo2 measurement ?

My cycling vo2 max hasn’t updated for 13 months, even though I ride an average of 6 rides per week.
My general vo2 max has updated after 10 months but dropped from 45 to 35 for no obvious reason (I am probably fitter now not less fit)
