Pretty much what the title says. I can't figure it out for the life of me, and every post on the Garmin forums is like either 4 years old or not applicable. It's frustrating since everything else seems fine.
Anyway, for a day where I didn't do anything but walk around, it shows me at over 11k calories burned which is a bit... crazy, seeing as I'm literally 5' tall and not even 100 lbs. And this is over 3k calories barely 30 minutes after waking up. And here is the relevant page in the Garmin Connect app - it's a bit frustrating since it's throwing average calories burned off in a big way.
I have no idea how to fix this - I thought it might be a kJ/kCal thing, but can't find any settings on that or how to change the units from one to the other on the Garmin Connect app. I did pair it briefly with MyFitnessPal to check it out, but then subsequently unpaired it because I don't want the exercise adjustment to be reflected in the app. Even just having a way to delete the calories burned from yesterday's data would be fantastic.
Thanks for any help/advice/whatever!
