So I just ordered a forerunner 965 after using an Apple Watch for years. Iām pretty stoked on it as my main focus is running. I donāt use the Apple Watch for messages or phone calls, I basically just use it for training, everyday wear (literally all day everyday) sleep track, estimated vo2, HRV, resting heart rate, all that cool stuff
Now I have a pretty manual labor job (plumber) and the AW takes a beating under houses, in trenches, everything. My question is, if I wear the AW during the work day, and then switch to the 965 for training, sleep, and casual day to day wear, will the data from both work in tandem on either garmin connect, or Apple health? For example if I record 5,000 steps during the day on the AW, and then run 9 miles and weight train in the evening using the garmin, will the āmoving calories burnedā and workout calories/steps combine in one of the two apps?
