Regarding VO2 Max

No matter what I do , my VO2 Max doesn’t improve. I workout at the gym 3 times a week, and play a sport another 3 days- either tennis, or soccer, or cricket, if nothing then table tennis. I ride a bike to work.

Dunno what’s wrong with me. I do smoke, but have never been out of breath easily during any of the aforementioned activities.
