How do I track soccer more accurately

I wear the forerunner 265S and usually the HRM pro for runs. I wanted to track my indoor soccer games where I play about 15-25 minutes total depending on how many subs we have.

I wore the HRM today for my soccer game and the Exercise load and calories burned is 100% way too high as I'm not sprinting the whole 25 minutes.

Anyone have any advice on this, to make it more accurate?
