I have just purchased a robot lawnmower and I have set it up in the back garden and it's great. I really want to set it up in my front garden but I am worried that some wrong'un might run away with it. I know it's useless without the passcode and base plate, etc but they don't know that, they will just see an expensive piece of tech.
Does anyone here have any tips for keeping it safe? My garden lawn is very visible and there's nowhere to really hide! I thought about running it in the evenings, when it's quiet and not many people walk past but I still feel uneasy. I've even thought about camouflage but once someone spots a small bush moving around my lawn, it might cause more attention than ever.
My front garden is a second boundary, so I can't even have it hidden in a charging base with a cover.
