Just after some opinions please. New build that was built on a hill. I’m at the top of the hill with no houses above me but probably 10/15 metres below the top of the hill. Grass thereafter. Didn’t have this problem last year but this year despite not raining for 4/5 days I’m still having a consistent amount of water seemingly coming up from the ground. I’m guessing a seep? No signs of slowing. Over the fence neighbours garden is wet aswell but I’m the unfortunate one where it’s sitting on the patio slabs and then running down the side of the house. It’s not above the damp-proofing but surely not good to be running and going down into foundations consistently?? Shall I speak to developer (moved in Dec 2022, warranty of fixes etc running out Dec 2024) Any suggestions? TIA
