Spreading plant for path in shade
Post Body

I'm looking for suggestions and thoughts on plants to grow in between stepping stones in a path that winds through a south facing herbaceous border. Ideally something that will spread and take some light foot traffic.

The plants in the border create quite a bit of shade for the path. So I'd assume creeping thyme would struggle.

I thought about Corsican mint, but worry that being a mint it might spread rather too well!

Suggestions welcome.
