First apple/pear tree prune

I inherited some lovely mature fruit trees from our previous owner but they were terribly overgrown, so today I finally got around to tackling the tangle. I probably went beyond the recommend 10-20% off with the apple because it was so congested, hoping I don't get a rash of watershoots over the year to come! It'll need another prune next winter to get the shape right
