Seedling issues

I'm having some issues with my seedlings. Mainly the marigolds but some of the vegetables also. They have sprouted fine. The marigolds came up first but many have seemed to have curled leaves and some have shriveled leaves. The soil is plenty hydrated. I use a grow light. The vegetables have not seemed to have this issue but some have.
