Does anyone know why my strawberry leaves have this?

I checked my strawberries this morning and saw this on some of the leaves. What is it? I have neglected watering them lately so not sure if that has anything to do with it. How can I fix it?

As someone who grew up on a strawberry farm. Totally correct cut then right back maybe just leave couple greener smaller leaves but almost all can be cut back and will grow back all these lovely new leaves for spring
