Tropical Birch in Pots

Post Body
Hi all. I have two tropical birches in pots and they are both not growing, and in fact, both have died off on the top and I’ve had to cut off the dead branches. They’re in massive pots so definitely not root bound. Get half day sun in summer and dappled light in winter. Please help! I’ve tested PH, I water twice a week, it’s got compost and fertiliser. Not sure what to do.
