Does this seem fair?

Had a company come out yesterday unexepectedly. door off track, cables unwound, hinges broken. just moved in and lots of the parts were in pretty bad shape.
1500 all in (chicago)
replace all 10 rollers, lube , balance door 400
replace 4 cracked hinges 200
drums, cable replacement with door off track repair 600
2 bearings 300
Understand its a holiday weekend and prices vary widely regionally, just have no frame of reference. It a basic paneled door for 3 car garage in a 3 unit condo building.
