What’s with the AMC scheduling? They pushed back the time slot again.

AMC has pushed back new episodes of gangs of london again. New episodes started at 10 originally then 11 and tonight it comes on and midnight. In its old time slot they show a rerun of Fear that just premiered. Did someone make a complaint to the FCC? Are they trying to get you to sign up for AMC ? Or is are they trying to get it cancelled?
I’ve checked posts on Twitter and Facebook. Every time someone drop the question there is no answer.
