The day you have been waiting for is finally here....the date is scheduled, location set, men lined up. The last thing is to get your body ready to be used for hours on end. Here are some tips on you can make sure you have the most enjoyable day!

• If you had not gotten tested recently, plan to get an STD test at minimum 2 weeks before so you get the results in time (and can make any necessary adjustments -- good practice is to know your results ahead of time but you do you boo)
• Start a full body stretching regiment early
  • Full body stretching includes your ass - start using plugs if you do not engage in anal sex often and want to participate in DP
• Determine your grooming needs and plan to take care it a day or two ahead
• Treat your body like a temple - eat fruits and vegetables every day leading up
• Determine if you want to use an enema on the morning of bang-day
  • No lie - more fruits and vegetables help you become regular and possibly avoid doing this all together -- again, personal choices here
• Get a massage - either from your main partner or a profession - to loosen your body
• Take a long hot shower or bath to relax your muscles before
• Trim your nails - the last thing you want is to break one or accidentally stab someone
