We wanted to post some data on an event we did last night for anyone who might be curious on the process. We had four women who were vetted and confirmed for the event that we were calling a "woman-centered free-use" event. Why not just call it a gangbang? Feels like this term is due for a rebrand but we havent quite figured out what that is yet. We had a venue confirmed, a space that hosts kink and sex parties in the city that we were familiar with and knew that it would offer the access, privacy and amenities that we wanted. We hosted the event on a Weds because, well, the venue was cheaper and we didn't want to compete with other parties in the always busy NYC social scene. The VIPs (women bottoming and their partners) could arrive at 6 to get settled. General admission started at 7 and ended sharply at 730. The female half of this account and her metamor were two of the women and the other two came from posts we put up on either fetlife or reddit. There was a lot of back and forth convo and the exchange of STI tests and filling out long lists of questions to figure out what was on the table as well as off. We really wanted all the VIPs to have the same rules so that there was no confusion but individual preference won out and we resorted to writing some specific insstructions on some of the VIPs bodies for the night of the event. "No anal" across the lower back for example or "hit me" across the chest. The idea was that we wanted to reduce the amount of in process negotiation to close to zero for all parties. For us, this is more of a kink event than anything. Selection on guys went something like this. A week before the event we posted a brief event description in a telegram group of past gb participants (this isn't our first rodeo), in a few different local r4r subreddits and as an event on fetlife. Below the event description had 5 bullet points of information we needed from applicants. 1. your name (whatever you want to be called) 2. Age 3. Telegram username 4. Date of last sti screen. 5. Confirm that you are available to attend in lower Manhattan on Weds Dec 11th at 7pm. Over the next 6 days we had about 130 people send responses to the post. Most of them gave us the info we wanted in a neat and organized format. Anyone who didn't wasn't responded to. For those that gave an appropriate response we sent the full event description, three paragraphs on our vision for the event and how it will work similarly and differently to a gangbang. Applicants were instructed to send an affirmative reply if they were still interested and would be messaged on telegram. We use telegram bc it's anonymous and pretty good at organizing group chats. After applicants sent a pic and a copy of an sti panel that was less than three months old, they got added to a group chat with pics of the VIPs and a doc w event faqs. By Weds we had stopped taking new applications. 33 people provided us with the appropriate info and where added to the group in total. Five texted to cancel in the 36 hours before the event leaving 28. One guy arrived but left before the action started (apparently he had a work thing). There was a wait list. We were aiming for 25 and wanted to leave room for flakes. We had zero no shows. I know that's hard to believe. We don't really understand why all the people who canceled texted ahead of time but it certainly was nice of them. We did. Have a no show for one of the VIPs though. Was fairly unexpected as we did verification photos though we didn't do a video chat. Would prob do that next time. The group was split in two halves and only one group was allowed in the play room at at time. After one cycle, enough of the guys and filtered out that we opened play up for everyone. Play was done by ten and the venue was cleaned and we were all home and showered by midnight. The man in the couple had most of the week leading up to the event off work and did the majority of the posting and vetting. He estimates that he put 30 hours of work in posting and responding and creating surveys for the VIPs and the house rules for the night and the faqs. She reports another 5 hours of work generating the yes/no list for the VIPs and aggregating the 4 VIPs answers as well as proof reading and verifying test and such. We've done more than 5 and less than ten of these events. We learn and refine Everytime. This post excludes, unintentionally, a lot of the detail and nuance that goes into putting an event like this on since we are all tired today but wanted to share our process and experience while it was fresh. Happy to answer any questions.
