I am looking for a new laptop. I currently have an MSI Leopard GP63 which doesn't cut it any more.
I am going to be using the Laptop for Gaming and Software Development and am looking to stay in the 15.6 inch size area or smaller for portability purposes.
My employer has given me 1050 in gift cards. For electronics purposes my vendors I can use consist of Best Buy or Amazon. My max spend is going to be ~$2500 pretax.
I am looking at the following:
Pro's: Powerful, upgradable. Has all the ports. I can add another HD for storage purposes.
Cons: Seems like it will suck alot power off plug in.
Pro: All AMD, Super Portable. Has all the ports I need.
Con: smaller. A bit underpowered. Not as upgradeable. Doesn't compete with full powered laptop. Oh yeah it's sold out right now
A version with less ram is available:
A bigger version of the 14 inch. Seems like it is last years model though?
Or how about
Help me make a choice! Or maybe there's other brands/laptops on Amazon/Best Buy that I am not thinking of.
