Legion 7 16” QHD or Alternatives

Hey everyone.
Having been searching, waiting and lurking for a while, I realised that the Lenovo 16” QHD laptop was pretty perfect for me and my requirements, but it’s completely sold out everywhere.
Does anyone have any idea on restock dates? Or when they might be releasing more, similar versions?
In spite of that, does anyone have any recommendations for anything else along similar lines? I’d prefer a 17” laptop, and mainly want 2 USB-C ports, along with an RTX-3070 or above.
