Looking for a laptop that will be stronger than my desktop specs

My desktop specs are:
- EVGA GTX 970 SuperClocked 4GB GDDR5
- i5 4690 3.5GHZ
- Gigabyte GA-H97M-HD3
- G.Skill 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
My computer is 3 years old but still rocking games in 2017
I’m moving to the US soon in order to study. and I’ll need a good low-budget gaming laptop. I was thinking on Dell Inspiron 7577, but I’m not sure 1060 max-Q and i7/i5 7th generation will top my old PC performance.
What do u guys think? Any suggestions?
