Hey guys, what's the best budget controller _with a good D-Pad?_ For fighting games.

Self explanatory question. Anyone have any experience with the logitech precision gamepad, maybe? People say it's a mushy D Pad.
Prime D-Pad material is the Sega Saturn imo, but there's not really anything like that available unless I want to buy an old used one and an adapter. Feels bad.
