This quote in the bottom of a Eurogamer article is exactly, in my mind the attitude we as consumers need to have towards not only M$, but Sony and Nintendo and every single other entity that wants us to exchange our cash for their services/products.
When the coincidence ends/fails then as a consumer we leave, leave them twisting in the wind, devoid of any interaction with us until our mutual needs coincide again.
