Since KiA is doing [History] posts in order to keep outrage over SJWs going strong about things a year old, even when everyone's pretty much forgotten about them, I thought we should do the same*!

There has recently been discussions of how Michael Flynn, among other things could have violated the Logan Act by negotiating with Russian diplomats about removing sanctions while he was still a private citizen.

Of course no one really expects him to be prosecuted, since no one actually gets prosecuted under the Logan Act. But during the discussion about this, I remembered why the Logan Act seemed so familiar...

When Quinn and Sarkeesian gave a talk at the UN a year or so ago (an action that did not violate the Logan Act because people give talks at the UN all the fucking time), gators got outraged and made a petition trying to get them arrested for violating the Logan Act. Maybe if Flynn gets prosecuted under the act, gators will try and revive the campaign because honestly they aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.
