As we all know, gamers always ruin everything for everyone.

The latest thing gamers did to ruin my day was ruining fencing videos.

Let me explain. I'm an epée fencer. Sometimes I like to watch videos of fencing matches on youtube, both because they're cool to watch and they help me try to understand how the pros fence.

The problem is, the comments on fencing videos, especially the ones from large tournaments, are filled with whiny gamer fuckboys who thought fencing was going to be just like videogame swordfights. I've seen people literally comment

Oh my god why are these people waving swords that aren't even sharp around, you should just go play Soul Calibur, it's so much better.
