Looking to Gift gems; need help!

I am the guild master of a relatively decent guild, but they are really awesome people, and I recently decided I would like to start doing a monthly contest for the person who earned the most gold.
I want to be able to gift them at least $5 in gems from the store (with my VIP bonus), but I don't know if that is possible. Is there a way to do this? Like are there any features I missed, or any pay cards I can use to achieve this?
Please help! I love my guildies and want to try to reward them!
