I hope this is ok. I'm not a regular poster. Graduated in early 2000. Spent many many nights and mornings in 5 points.
Just wanted to open up a thread for ppl to vent, share their feelings about the taking of a young woman's life.
I just can't get my head around that this guy was driving around, ready to kill or kidnap (back door child lock). He just pulls up and she gets in? If she hadn't gotten in that car, would we talking about another ladies death? Or would even he just gone about whatever tha hell he was doing? His Facebook profile/some of his friends - the stuff they post, the way they talk, pretty much sums everything up for me about who this person was - though, a killer? I don't know.
My heart really breaks for her and her family. To know she was taken from them like this. Her Uber was prob within feet of this car. If only she or one her friends had noticed. The sticker, the Uber driver app face, the model car, or even the other Uber driver seeing his ride getting into another call and honking.
If anyone had any updates for the case, please post here.
Rest in peace young lady.
