GBA game white screen

Loaded up my copy of Pokemon leaf green and immediately after the load screen it goes to white and nothing happens.
Cleaned the cart with 99% isopropyl alcohol but that didn't fix it. Would anyone here experienced with cartridge repairs be able to tell me if the solder looks ok?
