GBA SP audio always on?

Hi all! I just completed my Boxy Pixel Unhinged SP.
I tried to get the headphone jack to work and couldn't get it working, but more importantly, the sound for the SP is always on and will not lower. I really don't know what I might have done wrong. Pretty disappointing since I've done shell swaps before, but I have another motherboard to try out. Anyone have any ideas?
