I'm new and know next to nothing to start messing up with ESRGAN. I was wondering if it can be use to enhance the character sprites in KOF XIII (Steam). They're beautiful but looks blurry because it original 480p sprite upscaled to 720p. I also don't how to locate the character sprite.
