Gregory is the crying child robot. Vanessa is Elizabeth. 46 is Vanny/Glitchtrap/Afton using Vanessa's body to build a costume and provide recommendations as a company insider (the hole in this theory being "how does Afton still have sway in this damn company") and get Vanessa hired so she'll not only build Afton a new body, but build Gregory and upload Michael's consciousness into Freddy's body as well. Afton wants to drag the pieces of his family back together after his time in Hell. He is using remnant gathered from the children Vanny has kidnapped to do this
