Just a small nitpick, but as an unashamed Logan Paul mark I have to stand up for the magnesium electrolytes present in the hydration drinks.
In the theory it's stated that the sodium found in popular drinks like gatorade is actually better for working out due to us sweating out sodium whilst working out. While this is true, it ignores that we also sweat out large amounts of magnesium which needs to be replenished just as badly. Magnesium even helps to prevent muscle cramping, which is a big help for while trying to push your body to it's limits!
I'd also argue that since we tend to eat a LOT more sodium than magnesium in our typical American daily diets that it gets more easily replenished than our lost magnesium. In fact it's estimated that 75% of us don't get enough of it in our daily lives! Meanwhile, the FDA states that 90% of us are getting too much sodium in our daily diets. So going by the experts it seems that PRIME is providing a desperately needed part of our daily diet, whilst cutting back on something we almost all need less of. After doing research I'm kinda shocked at how wrong the theory was on which electrolytes we typically need more.
In conclusion PRIME is the ultimate hydration drink, and provides an arguably better electrolyte given the typical american diet.
