Has anyone been having trouble with theory videos on the YouTube app?

I like to watch all the newest videos for all 4 theory channels with my parents. We always use the YouTube app on our smart tv, but recently we have been having problems. Randomly throughout the video it will stop the video and put up the loading symbol, then it will skip ahead 5 seconds and continue like nothing happened. It happens between 1 and 5 times each video and only started a month or two ago. The first time I noticed it was the Trombone Champ theory. I was wondering if this is happening to anybody else.
