You gave us almost no hours to staff the store because we couldn’t afford it. But now that holiday is in FULL swing with huge sales and hundreds of price changes and Karens almost daily, you take away hours after we JUST NOW got some breathing room from single coverage?? Because we…..didn’t make sales….or don’t have PS5s…..but….but you are literally send me 10 PS5s…..
Here’s an idea, DONT MAKE HALF MY STORE FUCKING CLEARANCE! The 50% off is great don’t get me wrong, but clearance carries a “well nobody else wanted it,” connotation.
Maybe actually fulfill my customers’ (even my staff’s) preorders!!
Let’s not act like the quarterly $97M loss is the fault of store level employees.
