On August 3rd, I had some trade ins to do. I traded in a couple games and two controllers. My card was scanned and I purchased two games with the trade in value that was given to me after the trades. But I’m still waiting on those points to be awarded. They haven’t shown up and it’s been 6 days. The small $3 purchase I made after the trade ins was added to my point value though, but not the big trade in/purchase.
Is there any way I can get that remedied, either in store or by calling customer support? Or am I just SOL? I still have the receipt.
