I won 30k yesterday about 5pm. I spent all of it plus 5k I needed to chase it. I didn’t even have any control. I knew I was winning big again or losing it. It was so fast and I’m so embarrassed. I could actually have used at least 20k as I’ve gambled most my cash and crypto now. The rest is luckily held in mutual accounts where I know I’d get caught.

I was salivating over my reward id probably get after the week and almost didn’t quit, but I was so disgusted with myself and just did it. Self excluded from my main offenders which I’ve done quite a few times. There’s always more. I got 12 free therapy sessions, GA info, peer support, and gamban for free after calling the help hotline. Please reach out to them they want to help. The gamban should be a big benefit as I gamble out of boredom and ease of access.

I’ve been very lucky and still have assets and income. With checks and balances. I made em for myself when I made a large portion of my money. I made it safe and haven’t used debt. Though I will be budgeting for the first time in a long time. I know it’s normal but I had so much I lost. Especially considering the btc I gambled at 28k or 20k. Total losses now make me so depressed.

If you know of any GA zoom meetings I can join I’m all game. I’m familiar with multi 12 step programs and would like to get back as I know I need help.
