help please I cannot connect my Droid to the depot app

Here's what's going on I recently got a Droid of course and I was trying to connect it to the app in for the life of me the app will not connect to it I know that the Bluetooth is on because when I pull down my drop-down menu I see as a Bluetooth option but the app for some reason cannot pick up the signal help please
