Image Quality Issue on S20+ (64 Megapixel Setting)

Does anyone else have this problem? I set my camera to 64 Megapixels and it takes a great photo and when saved you can zoom in and see amazing detail. But after a day or two in the gallery, zooming in is all pixelated, even the thumbnail is pixelated. Any ideas? I would love to fix this.
