GW4 lost pairing and won't re-pair

Post Body

Hi All, I have a GW4 that was happily working with a Motorola G60s phone (UK), until I noticed a couple of days back that the phone app said the watch was not connected.

I tried reconnecting, and have spent the last few hours trying to get things hooked up again without success.

Having restarting all devices numerous times, tried a watch hard reset and tried to pair it with a tablet (good up to the point that the watch app realised it wasn't a phone!), here's where I am at:

1) I have successfully paired the phone with a bluetooth keyboard as a test. 2) I have removed and reinstalled with watch app on the phone. 3) I have cleared the phone's bluetooth app data and cache. 3) The watch did its own factory reset when it noticed I was pairing to a new device.

The watch now starts to the 'welcome' screen and if I run through setup on the phone app, the watch is found, I can confirm the pairing key and then the phone app just returns to the list of available devices screen (listing the watch), and all the watch will do is timeout after a few minutes, tell me it couldn't connect to the phone and prompts me to reset and try again.

Unless anyone has a better plan, I'll grab an older (hard reset) Android phone, charge it up and see if I can make the two talk to each other. If that works, I might have to consider wiping the G60s and starting over.

Any thoughts!?

Many thanks.
