Are the eBay Galaxy Watch's legit ?

Been watching lately waiting to buy, keep finding cheap ones around $250 on eBay from legit sellers that claim their brand new unopened and apparently the US version because they come with the 1 year parts & labor warranty. Just wondering if to good to be true.. still about $315 on Amazon.
