Anything I should know before purchasing a Galaxy Watch ?

Looking to pickup a 46mm here within the next week (don't really want to wait for Black Friday deals lol) .. wondering if there is any particulars I should know before buying. My provider is AT&T, not sure if that matters. Also heard that some places sell an International version for cheaper.. is there a way to find out if that is what is being offered or not? I know Amazon says US version or International version. Newegg has one right now for $270, apparently the US version because it says it comes with the 1 year warranty.
