quick questions about saving battery and spotify

Post Body

I just got my galaxy watch and i'm wondering on average how long does your galaxy watch last with spotify on? I work 12 hour days and I pretty much just had spotify up on my watch and my watch connected to my blue tooth speaker. I stopped using my watch and started charging it by the time my watch hit about 20% which was about 7 hours of non stop music playing. Does anyone have any battery saving tips to make my watch last longer without me having to stop my music and go charge it? Also my music tends to keep skipping songs and I'm not sure whats causing it. I could be 1 minute in a song and all of a sudden it will go to the next song. Does the spotify app or the watch have some type of motion that you can do to skip songs?
edit: Also another question about samsung health. As I was working today I kept getting notifications that my watch thought iIwas working out? I kept reading things where i was getting timed or it saying good job. Does this drain my battery as well? and If so how would I turn it off?
