Title explains it, really. I'm making some very aggressive changes in my lifestyle, and one of those is starting to be more fit and I decided to get a galaxy watch both to track fitness and for more daily life use and for some medical tracking reasons. I was originally going to get a watch ultra, but after spending some time on the sub reddit just lurking and reading, It seems like the watch 7 does the same, but at a significantly more affordable price point in comparion.
Anyways, I was wanting tips and advice for using the watch, or customizing it to fit me personally, and whatnot.
