I installed hadesrom a few months ago, and it was amazing to begin with - seemed faster and I had much better battery life.

However it's been starting to slow down quite a bit recently. I want to update the rom to see whether that fixes anything, and to get more recent security patches.

My issue is that I don't know how to update it - there doesn't seem to be any instruction about that online.

When I installed hadesrom initially, I also completely messed up the backup procedure. I had to re-find my contacts, reinstall every app, reconfigure, etc. I'm hoping that I'm able to avoid that this time!

Does anyone know any good instructions about how to do this?
