I have to say I really like this phone, what are some things you would like changed on it?

I'm actually impressed by the sound of the speaker, I think one on the top of the phone would help to make it sound fuller. I also think the 3.5mm jack could be done away with to make room for other usefull things like an IR blaster or the second speaker. Other than that I think it would be more comfortable if the power button was parallel to the volume done button. What would you guys change?
