3 months in and my S24 has bad Overheating Problems

My Samsung s24 has been suffering very bad overheating problems and slow charging even with me deleted all apps lowering brightness and storage.
the charging stay stagnant unless I leave it alone. And even when I leave alone after the charging isn't very fast anymore and it still feels very warm.
It used to charge very fast like 100% under a hour fast. now it's barely reaching 50% in 2 hours. I think the battery messed up
Is there anything I can do to fix this before thinking about a replacement?
