I ordered the new s24 plus and exchanged my google pixel pro 7. The first day i use the s24 plus the microphone does not work at all and the phones battery is very poor. Heats up past and animations arent very smooth. Called samsung support and the technician remotely connected to my phone and confirmed the phone will either need replacing to repaired. I think the entire phone is faulty so opted for an exchange. They then told me i need to send the faulty one back which will then leave me with no device and then once they receive the faulty one they will send out a replacement which can take 7 to 13 days. I told the woman on the phone that i cannot afford to be phoneless for that long and they need to send me a replacement then i can send the faulty one back to them. She then said she will need to check with a department and will get back to me within 24 hours.
Has anyone else had this?
