Need 8k video editor for Samsung S23 ultra

I'm hoping to find a video editor app that can handle the 8k videos the S23 ultra can take. The Samsung studio app can't even handle it. A lot of the top editing apps say they can do it but they don't have a free trial and I don't want to spend the $ if they can really do it.

The main thing I'm looking to do is splice 2 clips together with some sort of fade/transition between the clips or clip out unneeded portions of the video.

Update- sorry for the miss clarification. I'm looking for an app not a person that can edit 8k videos.
