Just as a side note, I remember doing this with Galaxy S3 with a different feature name. I also used the phone as my mic/audio input for the computer.
So it seems that Android 14 lets you use your camera as your computer's camera, and can be used as a webcam: https://www.tomsguide.com/how-to/use-an-android-phone-as-a-webcam
However, in my USB config, all the other options are available except for webcam, following the steps similar to here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11698979/how-to-change-android-usb-connect-mode-to-charge-only
The device is on Android 14 with OneUI 6.
